Our challenge was to take North American distributors of the international brand, the Wonderbar, to the next level in sales and availability within the United States.
Largely an “online only” product, the brand and product line had only a few retail locations. Within six months, Turning Minds put in place an overarching social media strategy, developed a retail distribution model and retail friendly pricing strategy along with a retailer ecommerce website, point-of-purchase display, sales collateral and direct marketing campaign backed by a formal sales and follow up process.
